I had the pleasure of staying at the Usual during my recent visit to Brussels, and while it may not be the most luxurious spot in town, it certainly knows how to cater to the food enthusiast. As an avid marathon runner, I appreciate a hotel that offers both comfort and culinary innovation. Their lounge features 24/7 self-service food and drink, perfect for a late-night snack or early breakfast. I absolutely loved helping myself to the free Danish pastries starting at 7 AM - a delightful treat after my morning run through the city. The grab-and-go options were also convenient, keeping my energy up while I explored Brussels. The hotel's dining experience doesn't end at the lounge. I ventured to the Brasserie Meat Me nearby, where the local cuisine on offer complemented my stay perfectly. The ambiance was inviting, yet relaxed, a great atmosphere to unwind after a whole day of sightseeing. The Usual offers a comfortable stay with easy access to fantastic dining and a laid-back vibe, ideally suited for those who appreciate good food and a great location.
